Our Staging Process :
Send us a walkthrough video of the property so we can evaluate the layout, rooms, and overall scope of the project. This can be sent to (714) 883-4036 or to contact@sundayinteriors.org

02 - Quote Sent
Client to approve quote.
03 - Approve Quote
We’ll review the home and send you a personalized quote with our recommendations for what we think will best enhance each room and showcase the space. You’re always welcome to add or remove items from the quote based on what works best for you and your budget.
Once your quote is approved, we’ll send you a personalized staging prep list with everything that needs to be completed before our team arrives. This helps ensure your home is fully prepared and ready for installation. This step applies to owner-occupied properties only.
04 - Prep List Sent
05 - Contract Sent
Client to sign staging contract.
To reserve your staging date, a 50% deposit of the total staging fee is due. Once the deposit is received, your installation date is officially secured.
06 - Deposit Invoice Sent
07 - Stage
Sunday Interiors completes staging installation on staging day.
08 - Invoice Sent for Remaining Balance
Remaining invoice balance is sent post-installation.
09 - Destage
Our team will schedule a pickup of the staging inventory after the initial 30-day rental period, unless the staging has been extended. If you need to keep the staging in place longer, just let us know and we can discuss an extension.
10 - Extend Staging (if Applicable)
Staging can be extended on a month-to-month basis.

What services does your company provide?
We offer home staging and interior decorating services. Staging is for homes going on the market and helps them sell faster and for a higher price. We offer both vacant and owner-occupied staging and handle everything, including furniture. Interior decorating is for homeowners who want a refresh; we curate furniture and décor for you to purchase.
Can you work within my budget?
We work within your budget for both home staging and interior decorating. We offer multiple staging options at different price points, from Essential Home Staging to vacant and owner-occupied staging—all affordable without sacrificing quality. For interior decorating, we’ll discuss your budget during our first meeting and create a beautiful plan that makes it work. Check out our Services tab for more details.
